Dit lied, ‘Make me a channel of your peace’, een bekende ‘hymn’ in de Anglicaanse kerk, is voor mij als een gedicht en een gebed! Het is voor mij een inspiratie en telkens wekken de woorden in dit lied bij mij de zachtheid weer.

Where there is hatred, let me bring your love.
Where there is injury, your pardon, Lord,
and where there’s doubt, true faith in you.
